DO YOU OFFER GLUTEN FREE ITEMS?

We offer a diverse range of gluten-free options, using Bob’s Redmill for our gluten-free flour. Additional ingredients like sorghum, almond flour, etc., are added based on the recipe. Please note that while we strive to minimize cross-contamination risks, we are not a dedicated gluten-free facility. If you can't find something you love on our shelf, consider custom ordering gluten-free pastries. We can accommodate various requests with sufficient notice, typically seven days in advance. During holidays or our busy season, ordering farther in advance is advisable.

HOW DO I KEEP MY PURCHASES FRESH?

Maintaining freshness is crucial for our baked goods. Storing them in airtight containers and wrapping tightly with plastic wrap helps prevent moisture loss.

For wholesale items catering to coffee shops and more, we offer a diverse range of options. Contact our consultants for detailed information via email or text message.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCED SHOULD I ORDER?

For holiday seasons or busy periods, it's recommended to place orders at least seven days in advance. Feel free to contact us via call, text, or email. We're happy to check availability, even within a 48-hour notice.

DO YOU DELIVER?

We provide delivery services for large orders and events like weddings, with delivery costs varying based on mileage. Additionally, for smaller orders or everyday items, we are available on delivery platforms such as DoorDash, Uber Eats, and GrubHub.
