    Our operating hours are Monday through Friday from 7 AM to 3 PM and Saturday from 8 AM to 2 PM. We are closed on Sundays. When selecting your pickup time, please be mindful of our business hours.

     

    No returns are accepted once pastries are approved and leave our premises; all purchases are final.

Our baking process involves the use of flours from reputable brands, including Bobs Red Mill, King Arthur, and Cup4Cup. These flours contain a combination of rice flours, tapioca flour, potato starch, xanthan gum, and sorghum flour.

    Our products are not suitable for individuals with severe gluten allergies.
    Cross-contamination is a significant risk, as we use the same pans for both gluten-containing and non-gluten-containing products.
